I figured it's time to resume this series after last month's
dual challenges.
For this Sunday, I wore a plain old
dry twist out. I trimmed my hair just last week and I always twist my hair after clipping each section, so I left the twists in for 4days. After 4 days, I unraveled the twists, wrapped a scarf around my head to spice up the style a little bit.

woops, forgot to fluff the bangs there |

Fluffing my hair would yield a "frizz" out with no twisted
definition,so I just leave the twists alone |

Pictures can be decieveing, the back hair was actually flat |
There you have it. The next few "Sunday Hair" series will probably be boring as I plan to give protective styling another try. But this time, I will only be using my hair and each style will only last for a maximum of 2weeks!
I love wearing scarves. By the way, do you find that when you do protective styles with added hair, your own hair has some difficulty afterwards?

hi, no, my hair is quite resistant so it's okay afterwards. I deep condition and everything while I have it on, plus I braid my own hair so I don't have any problem. I just want to try Short term protective styling with only my hair this time.
DeleteMy sister just took out a 2month old single braids, and she said she lost a lot of hair, this is quite commom with many. So I guess it depends on the person, style, and hair.
I love scarfs too. ^^
