Dinner Party Recap
As this was a valentines weekend event, I had
each guest write something nice about the other person's hair on a piece of card which was then exchanged. The purpose of this activity was to encourage each other as many women are still having a hard time accepting the nature of their kinky coils, even if they've been natural for a few years.
I would say that the dinner party was successful as I got to meet more coily haired sisters and an afroman! Some ladies were camera shy, so I was only able to get a picture of their hairstyle, although I hope we can capture your beautiful faces next time.

Thank you all for coming out, and if you happen to miss this event due to one reason or the other, I hope to see you on March 29th for more mixing and mingling at "
A Kinky Affair".
And to you readers, have you been to a non natural hair workshop event with other naturals? What was the event?
